Talya Peters is a Costa Rica–based real estate professional with a global background and deep local experience. Originally from Atlanta, she spent years as a flight attendant, developing a calm, detail-oriented approach and a strong ability to guide clients through complex, high-stakes decisions.

Now based in Playas del Coco, Talya has lived in Costa Rica for over seven years and is registered with SUGEF, trained through CRGAR, and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Her work is grounded in professionalism, transparency, and a thorough understanding of the Costa Rican real estate market.
